session position sizing options.

- Aligned session parameters and results for daily performance
runs and sample runs from the performance table. Previously they
were using different session parameters which lead to different
stats, causing confusion as to why the difference. Now the two
show the same results or slightly different if the two runs
happen in different days.

handle invalid data as a fatal error (the system run will be
stopped), a warning (the system run will continue with a warning
in the Errror tab), or to continue the run and completely ignore
the error condition.
